So far it's going on 4 months since Mr.Haynes showed up at UAB Hospital where my sister was hospitalized due to a tracheal perforation and double lung puncture caused by the emergency room of a different hospital. Mr. Haynes showed up to my sisters SICU room to speak to my mother and sister about what happened, well he was very nice very willing and polite, he stood before my mother at my sister at her bedside and told them both that he "would do everything in his power to make sure she was givin justice for what happened to her", 4 months later and calling every week he has not himself spoke to my mother in the numerous times every week since that she has contacted his office to speak to him, the receptionist claims she will give him a message to call back and here we are 4 months no calls whatsoever, my sister died in the CCICU from her injuries 53 days after her admittance to uab hospital. We have tried to find out if they have received any medical records yet which they have from the at fault hospital, but are telling my mother that she has got to get the medical records from uab for them, never Hurd of a huge lawfirm wanting a client to get their own medical records, anyways at this point we are just wanting to know what is going on, we have had no answers from anyone but a receptionist that obviously does not give messages to the boss, and can't return a simple phone call. I understand cases like this take time alot of time in some cases, but also attorneys stay in contact with their clients and not leave them hanging and wondering. At this point we don't know what to think. Never seen any lawfirm that does not stay in contact with their clients, I hate to leave a low score review but maybe this will get a return phone call for my mother since she's called every week with no answers of what happening or where we are at on her case,

My experience with Slocumb Law Firm was a process.Overall I gotta thank Nelson Johnson for putting in the best effort to help my case follow through. I definitely would recommend this Law Firm to my family ,friends, or anyone of that matter. Thanks you guys and dolls

Attorney Neil Johnson handled my Settlement Case for a car accident I had in December 2022. An 18-year-old St. Mary's man hit me as I waited in a my car at a stop light. I was stuck and he hit my car and my car spun around. It was raining and wet and I thought I was gonna die that night. Thank God I survived. I was very fortunate to have Stacy Hansen as my attorney. She is able to be reached, seen in person, etc. Other law firms did not extend that same courtesy or even care to try. Rest assured, if Mrs. Hansen is on your side--every other attorney in town is on your side as well. Fortunately, I got a favorable result with my case despite initially hiring a different law firm that did not believe in me the way Stacy and the Mike Slocumb law firm later demonstrated. Very trustworthy. 10/10 recommended.

10/10 would recommend if you need someone courteous, professional, and will go over the top for you, then Nelson Johnson is your man. He and his staff was phenomenal and made the whole process easy and more bearable.
