We are so thankful to have had Shane on our case. He helped us win a near impossible case all while communicating with us from several states away. He showed he cared about the child involved and was realistic with us throughout this process. During the trial he was very familiar with our case and I could tell he had studied any notes or resources I gave him. He was a authoritative in the courtroom and would not take ANY crap from the opposing lawyer or witnesses. His presence in the courtroom was demanding and he had prepared exactly what questions needed to be asked to paint a clear narrative for the judge to make the best decision for the child and bring him home to us. When I used Shane Oncale as my divorce lawyer, he was exactly the opposite of what I had always feared about lawyers. I had heard that they would confuse me, charge me too much, and be almost impossible to talk to. Shane was open, welcoming, made me feel safe, and talked to me by text, email and phone when I needed him. He kept me updated on my case and did an amazing job.
