Didn’t even make it to a consultation, called the front desk to set up one and the woman that answered the phone was so rude. She asked me for an explanation to why I need an attorney and when I tried to answer she yelled at me because I wasn’t being brief! No need to yell lady. Not to mention she yelled at me saying to stop being so quiet and to speak up. Wish someone else answered. I don’t take being yelled at lightly, this was mortifying.
