The attorney that called me back had very poor customer service. He didn’t even know when I had called to reach out. He mentioned that he was returning a call from me earlier today when I’m fact it was two days ago. His answer was “oh, I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you” he then asked what my complaint was. I told him what happened and all he responded was “that’s it” I said yes. He asked if I had Made a complaint to the company and I explained to him that I did but I figured they knew what they were doing since they’re professionals at the service I was receiving. He then stated but did you told them to stop or that you were in pain. I explained that I warned the therapist to be careful but he continued I assumed he knew what he was doing. Now I have received these types of service before and they’ve actually helped. But the fact that this one actually caused my pain to be worse as I pulled up to my house and couldn’t get out my vehicle and ended up in the ER I needed to know what my options were. All this attorney said was “if you didn’t complaint or stoped it while it was in process than we can’t do anything” the fact that he was very judgmental and didn’t think that my case was serious really gave me the hint that he didn’t care. He was rude and not compassionate or took my case serious. Very poor of a law firm to treat customers the way he did.

They didn’t fight for my Case as they should’ve . I wouldn’t Recommend them to Anyone!! I had to call them Majority of the time. My very first Big Car Accident and the worst Experience EVER!! After all the pain and suffering I got a little of nothing !

Even though they were unable to help me the staff was very nice and friendly, most are rude if I ever need them for anything else I would definitely call.

Been with them since 2017

The staff were very well informed and did a good job. My only complaint being we felt they could have done a better job explaining just how long it would take for our case to work it's way through the court system. Not really their fault, we just had no idea it would take so long. Overall, we were satisfied with the job they did.
