I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and I was treated as a friend rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. Shannon Rash fought hard for me. She went above and beyond and did everything she could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. Thank you!!!

- Phone calls were not returned yet on a charge statement we it stated being charged for such. - there was very little communication with me as to what was happening after the initial meeting. - A document that was prepared (a rough draft) was written using the wrong name. I understand rough drafts but with legal work, the wrong name is a HUGE mistake that shouldn't happen at any point.

Shannon represented me regarding custody issues that I have had for years. The moment I met her she put my mind at ease. She is not only professional but compassionate. She spent countless hours preparing for my case and even when things went "downhill" she took it personal and fixed it to make sure it was right! Since my case, I still see Shannon and she asks how things are going, she is both professional and personal. I am forever thankful for her.

Shannon Rash is Amazing! She has an extreme passion for representing dad’s in custody issues. She listens and has incredible knowledge of Alabama Statues pertaining to custody case law. Thank you Shannon for caring about me and my children and for representing me during my ordeal and being more interested in my case than the financial aspect!

In 2016, I was looking for a lawyer to represent my daughter and I. I had divorced my daughters father when she was 4. We decided to do the 2 week rotation. With everything split in half and raise her evenly. We had challenges through the years but managed to work through them. But as our daughter got older things started changing at her dads house. That was in 2014. By 2016, my daughter had become very insecure, having panick attacks, grades where dropping, and she cried a lot. She didn’t want to stay with her dad no more. There was spanking with bruises but that’s all the physical. I was told that’s not enough to make a change. But there was so much mental abuse. She was degraded daily at his house. She finally told me if something didn’t change she would make sure it changed her self. I was petrified. Exspecially since you here so much about teenage suicide. I went to 3 different lawyers and they all told me that will fall under parenting and no judge would rule for a change. I couldn’t believe them. I knew I had to do something but I wanted to do it legally. I wanted to trust the system. My daughter was 12 at this time. THEN! I was told about Shannon Rash. I meant her. She sat and listened to me like nothing in the world matter. She listened to my daughter!! My daughter had hope! She took our case. She did tell us it is a long shot but she did agree something didn’t add up and there was some things that shouldn’t be happening. So we started. Shannon and her team helped me through the process. She did her job. Shannon did her research on me, my husband, and whatever she felt nesarily to make sure we where telling the truth. Now I respected her more. It meant she was there for my daughter and not for a dollar. Shannon stayed ethical through the whole course of our case. She helped me to stay ethical through the whole case. She helped my daughter to fight and believe in her self and know she has a voice and has rights. Shannon won our case! My daughter is now 15 and is bold, strong, independent, loving life, role model to everyone. She is doing great in school, starting clubs in school, apart of her church youth group. Tonight my daughter stood in front of the board of education and presented history to men and women in suits and a auditorium of strangers. She was not that child having panick attacks and talking of hurting herself to be out of bad situations. I thank Shannon Rash to this day for letting me have my daughter! I thank our judge for respecting children and being open minded that sometimes parents can bully. And I hope of course my husband, her new dad and I am part of her positive growth as well! 😄

Through the years since our move from Alabama my husband I have dealt with a few other attorneys. Shannon Rash is by far the best attorney! We were in family court dealing with custody issues regarding my nephew. She was attentive and caring. In the court room-you could see her focus and confidence. It is hard to find an attorney that actually cares but Shannon does. Highly recommend!

Before my husband and I met Shannon, we met with other attorneys in the area. Shannon was the only one that we felt truly listened to our concerns and addressed them along the way. Shannon went above and beyond throughout every aspect of the process. I have always recommended her to anyone who needs an attorney for family law and have always had wonderful feedback from the people that I have referred to her. She is the most honest attorney I have ever come in contact with and always has her client's best interest in mind when fighting FOR them. There is no one better than her in my eyes!

Represented me after I fired her and that’s not a accusation but a fact. I was not told about the upcoming motion. She acknowledged my email and knew she was no longer allowed to represent me and did so any way which caused a action that was made by a judge who was not given the correct information. This caused medical problems for my two daughters. This was done intentional, why, I don’t know. It hurt my children way more than it hurt me and placed them in a bad situation.
