This firm handled my Social Security Disability appeal. The support staff was very helpful and friendly, however the attorney that handled my case (I was so impressed that I can't even remember his name....sarcasm here), was an embarrassment. I spoke to him for 10min about 2 months before my telephonic hearing and again for 5 minutes the morning of my hearing. The hearing lasted an hour and a half. He spoke maybe 10mins. He was rude after the hearing and demeaning. I won the case thanks to a detailed 5 yr medical record and no thanks to him, in my opinion. I called to let them know that I received my back pay and to let them know that I won my case.....I never even received a phone call back. Things worked out in my favor. However, I can not recommend this firm for a social security case. Not a good experience for me.

I had total kidney failure and double bypass surgery, so I guess since they had to do a little work they dropped me. I can't recommend this firm.

Brock & Stout are the best my experience with them was great and thanks again to Mrs Pamela for helping me get everything I needed and filling my paperwork.

They were nice enough at first. My wife was told about them by a friend for her disability case. To this point all they’ve done is rush us through a bunch of paperwork and ask us when our disability appointment was. We told them. They played no role in that appointment whatsoever. I’m still not sure what they’re role is. All I can say is I hope they step up should we be denied because they’ve made it abundantly clear we’ll owe them money whether they assist us in winning the case or not.

The team at Brock & Stout (Dothan) is Awesome! They are very helpful and nice. Pamela and the lady at the front desk are so sweet. I will recommend others to go there.
