Absolutely no communication unless payment is involved. And the receptionist is rude and dismissive. Go somewhere else or be prepared to play phone tag for a 1 minute conversation.

These people are understanding and non-judgmental! That means alot to me. Siobhan was very helpful and patient, even though she needed to get everything done and submitted. I would highly recommend this group!
