Nick Shimoda was extremely knowledgeable in helping me with all of my questions concerning my estate. He and his staff were very professional in preparing all of the documents that I will be needing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an estate planning lawyer.

Nick's guidance in planning matters of concern as we retire came without pressure but with helpful explanations. He explained options concerning Living Wills, disbursement of property, and funding long-term care. He patiently rephrased explanations for our understanding. He proposed possible solutions for every matter that troubled us, giving recommendations, but not pressuring one over another. We cannot state how satisfied, pleased, and calmed we are because of his counsel.

We are a family of five from Dothan, Alabama. After many nights discussing what would happen to our children in the event both of us were gone - we decided it was time to reach out to an attorney for help.
