Words cannot describe how fantastic my experience was with Miss Niki & Miss Gina. They have represented me in a custody case for the last few years that has finally come to a desired conclusion. When I say they go above and beyond not even that does the work they perform justice. They are professional, caring and honest. At the worst moments during my process they are there as if you're family to them. They worked tirelessly ensuring everything would work out as discussed and planned. If not for them this process would have been mentally draining. They made everything so much easier on myself that no amount of thank you's could show my appreciation. I can with 100% confidence recommend them for any legal matter someone needs representation with. They're knowledge and professionalism is unmatched and I'm so glad to have met them and hired them to help with my custody case.

Niki Pearce made the situation as painless as possible. She gave smart advice and the turnaround tie was about six weeks from start to finish.

Mrs. Pierce and Ms. Archibald did more then I could have asked for! Any question I had they always there to answer it, whether it was at night or the weekend they always responded right back! If I did not understand something correctly they made sure to explain to where I could understand it better. They both went above and beyond for me, and I absolutely could not have asked for a better attorney!

Working with Niki was a pleasure. I was going through a divorce and Niki and Gina helped me with not only the legal process but also keeping my head straight. I am male, was married for almost 10 years, and my ex and I have 2 children (both girls). I was the one who filed for divorce. I consulted with 4 different attorneys in the area. Mine was not an amicable divorce, and it did involve children, a house, personal property, etc. Ms. Pierce was a very strong advocate for myself, and my children. She worked swiftly, and was attentive, professional, and aggressive. There were many times when the anger and frustration of this process almost got the better of me, but thankfully, Ms. Pierce did a great job of keeping me calm and focused on what I ultimately came to do. Ms. Pierce was quick to set the tone for my divorce process. We had a hearing early on in the divorce process, and Ms. Pierce was VERY well prepared, and made sure I was prepared as well. The ruling/orders that came out of that hearing set a precedent that would help dictate how it all ultimately ended. In what could have been a very lengthy, messy, frustrating, and expensive divorce, Ms. Pierce's experience, knowledge, conscientiousness, and professionalism came through. From the day I filed, until my divorce was over, done, and signed off, was 4 and a half months. I have been divorced for over a year now, and have had plenty of time to reflect upon the process. I would recommend Ms. Pierce without reservation or hesitation for anyone in need of an extremely skilled and capable divorce attorney.

Absolutely amazing experience! She made me feel special and showed me she cared to help. This was great to me from experience with other lawyers that were very negative and seemed like it was just a job and I need to hurry because they have another appointment. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything I wanted happened and it was a priority. I honestly gained a friend in her and her surrounding help and that now days is hard to find. Mrs Pierce went over and beyond in helping me reach my goals . Mrs Pierce is very straightforward and listens to your request and or needs according to your case wishes ... she is very professional and understanding .... aswell as all office staff . I would rate her 10 stars if I could ..Mrs Pierce is very easy to talk to and listens to the clients needs.. I would recommend her to everyone ! She is very personal and professional and that is what's important to me .

I wanted to get 50/50 custody of my child and was not sure of how or if I could since we lived in Alabama. Nikki prepared us for every way it could go and was very upfront. Surprisingly my ex wife decided to settle out of court and we got everything squared away. Nikki got the paperwork ready and made sure we worded everything just the way we needed to, to make sure I was protected.
