For at least a decade, Rafael has been a source of legal help when I need it. He takes time to make sure you are taken care of and well informed. I’ve always known him to be an honest man and I believe that to be perhaps the single, most important factor when seeking a legal advocate. Lawyers can get a bad rep, but Rafael does NOT fall into that stereotype. Give him a try if you need legal help!

I was forced into bankruptcy a couple of years ago. Mr. Gil took all the time that was needed to explain the procedure and the differences between the chapters. After that, he went through the pluses and minuses of each chapter and which one would benefit my family the most. Also, I found his fee to be very reasonable. I appreciate the effort he made to make this experience as painless as possible. If you have the unfortunate possibility of resorting to personal bankruptcy, I highly recommend this law firm.
