Very fast and professional

May be a good law firm for bankruptcy, disability etc, but I cannot recommend for personal injury. Contacted them following an auto accident in February 2021. Talked to no one but a paralegal all the way up until late August 2022. Communication felt non existent. Everytime we requested an update there were just lots of excuses blaming everyone else, Flowers hospital, the Army health care system, Army legal. The only communication with an attorney was when he called to push a very unreasonable settlement. Expected them to care or develop a plan ahead, really felt like they just wanted take a quick cut of the settlement for zero work instead. When we asked to proceed to trial they sent a disengagement letter. Left us with 4 months remaining to file a case. Personal injury is obviously not their expertise.
