Despite the difficult circumstances requiring my need for a bankruptcy, my experience was an excellent one. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. When I walk in to Brock & Stout I was greeted with a smile, and the young lady was very nice it did not take five minutes before Mrs. Pamela called me to the back she has a beautiful attitude, and a wonderful attitude she explained everything so plainly and I understood what she was talking about Mrs Pamela is so full of energy she makes you feel like you are at home, and that is a good feeling when you are talking about personal matters as bills, and loans, and other private thing that you need to do discuss with her plus she is a A+ to the firm she works for. I enjoyed my visit the staff is great.
