This buisness is a scam please do not use them!!!! I will not take this rating back I stand by what I said they pick and choose who they want to work with and will tell you that you only qualify for a chapter 13 even if you qualify for chapter 7 they are rude and use your hard times as leverage this is not to "defame" your business this is a true evaluation of what I delt with and it was very unpleasant experience

Years ago after a 27 year career with benefits and more than an over average 100,000 dollars a year income. I could no longer work. I took almost a year of leave so I had not worked. Finally I went to Brock and Stout to get my social security benefits under disability. I was 52. I received a year back pay in my account. It took less than three months from my first call to Brock and Stout. In this year Year 2024, I had been retired 6 years. Due to raising cost and other things I could not afford to live anymore. On March 6th my bankruptcy 13 was completed within six days. I have always paid my bills, but having nine grand children with my grown children and spouse’s having good jobs and receiving no assistance search as food stamps or things of that nature. My entire family has always worked and not lived off of other Americans taxes! Brock and Stout took care of me in such a short time manner that it is a miracle to me. I am so thankful for this group of attorneys and paralegals. They are the best! They can also help you.
