UPDATE: This is what most Moral attorneys would say(unlike Brian D) I thought about passing on this because every lawyer that has taken the time to entertain this has said the same thing. “All I can tell you is that if you had obtained a protection order from me and I later discovered that you had lied to obtain that order, it would be rescinded and you would be on your own and you would have to go somewhere else to get another one, and in a lot of jurisdictions that might be a real problem.” Is one of those attorneys you should hire if you murder someone. Bc he'd still go in front of a judge and not just make false statements but will try and ruin the person that actually did get abused in the relationship, but go through with a false PFA order, that has lie after lie all over it. The girls ENTIRE Family and 2 daughters could have easily been asked "who was abused", and they'd tell you. It's wrong and should be held accountable. Only help you can get is if your a female. Males can't get any help and now are able to completely slander someone else and have no repercussions for their actions. It'll all come back around soon enough. If you want a lawyer with a conscience and will do what's actually right and not what they can get away with legally, don't hire this attorney. Dirty money for dirty people that do good people dirty.
