Brian Dasinger is not only incompetent attorney, he is also sick person, physically and mentally. Aside from his bipolar disorder, which he self-medicates with alcohol, Brian Dasinger is an ill will individual who took a case against his own client, taking advantage of critical privileged information he derived from his client, to leverage an ill- will despicable success, despite a long personal, legal and business relationship he had with his client, it prominent successful doctor in Baldwin county.
Using another failed individual involving county, William Scully allowed Dasinger's misconduct to go on, in apathetic collusion.
Brian dessinger is under investigation by the State bar at this time. Also judge Scully ( his accomplice ) is being investigated by several state and federal authorities.
We hope that each gets what he deserves.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. This guy was unable to follow through with his agreement as far as representation. He signed off on a court document from the judge without my consent or knowledge, he was also unable to get the parties to sign an agreement reached before said court case . Was not notified of the document he signed by the judge, until the other pet presented it months later. He also charged me a filing fee and then withdrew from my case, and if I’m not mistaken that could be conflict of interest if the case was presented to a better lawyer. Would not recommend that flow

He was just ok. He came out in the last min with a lot of money I owed him. He didn’t really fight for me. I actually did better with the judge before I hired him. I hired him for divorce. I wouldn’t use him if it’s a big fight over custody

When we first contacted Brian Dasinger, it was with a heavy heart and serious concern for our youngest Son. Anything could happen when it comes down to a Jury of 12. The district attorney's office first offer was 10 years in prison. With my sons intense belief an hour criminal system, his answer was no. See you in court. After a few months gathering discovery district attorney's office came back to us and offered my son 20 years in prison. My son still believing in our system, he again says no. He believes that if he did not do it, he will not admit to doing it. Just a few days before jury selection, and after months Brian's hardware digging in for more discovery talking to the district attorney's office and whatever else he does in the background, the district attorney's office once again approaches my Son for a last plea bargain deal This time they offered him the youthful offender status that we had originally went before the judge for and was denied even though he qualified for it. This would cause his arrest and conviction to be sealed. Along with a 3 year State Penitentiary sentence, suspended. Only having to serve 2 night. Lastly, 3 years probation. My son's reply was, no. I will not admit to doing something I didn't do. Now in front of the 3 assistant district Attorneys, Brian was a true Professional and a Master at the Art of Litigation. He exposed deception of prosecutors witnesses, the plantiff and had the D.A.s office on their hills and mumbling. The jury deliberated for around 2 hours. All 12 members unanimously voted not guilty. Brian Dasinger got our Son acquired of all charges. I will forever refer everyone to his office.

I hired Brian to defend me when I was being falsely accused of some heinous actions in a He-Said-She-Said type of case. He tried everything in his power to help the case go well: asking for any information about the situation to help build a strong defense, doing a wonderful job cross-examining to find holes in the accusations, and even working on a payment plan so we were able to afford one of the best attorneys in Baldwin County. I had the up most faith in Brian throughout the entire process building up to and during the trial, and I cannot recommend him enough.

I hired Mr. Dasinger after I had a horrible experience with my first attorney. My first attorney completely left me at the mercy of a bull dog fathers rights attorney and I lost custody of my daughter. As a law abiding woman and loving mother that was the worst and most surprising thing that could ever of happened. Mr. Dasinger came highly recommended by a family member and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Mr. Dasinger won my case through the appellate courts and not only won but the order was complete VOID, I got my daughter back. The fight didn’t stop there, we fought all the way up to the Alabama Supreme Court and won! He is honest, affordable and has a firm grasp of the law. In my darkest time Mr. Dasinger was patient and understanding. I 1,000% recommend hiring Mr. Dasinger for any matter that requires legal representation!

I hired Mr. Dasinger to fix the mess a previous lawyer made of my case. I wish I would of known about Mr. Dasinger from the start of my custody dispute, he fought for my case hard and won. Mr. Dasinger was very knowledgable and I didn't feel as though I was just a another case, I highly recommend him.
