Had no complaints at first. Not from Alabama, never been in trouble. Never needed an attorney. Got a “drug paraphernalia” charge for a grinder/pipe 🙄 coming home from Florida vacay. They called back in a timely manner, lowered the fee of one bc we were a “package deal” in which I very appreciate HOWEVER he changed my “defendents statement” after we had already signed. Including information that was false and incorrect. He was a solid 30 minutes late for court. So after having falsified court documents, I called him to get them changed or corrected and his response was that the DA needed what the paraphernalia was so “maybe he should have ran it by us”, it didn’t matter, he couldn’t do anything, and the judge already signed off on it. Then upon exiting the court offered to walk us out just to ask for a review on Google. He was pretty easy to talk to, which was the only thing I had to really say until I saw my falsified documents. ‼️UPDATE‼️: MISUNDERSTANDING WAS CORRECTED AND BRIAN MADE SURE THE DOCUMENTS WERE CORRECTED ON BOTH ENDS AND CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY WITH FILED/APPROVED CORRECTIONS. I highly recommend using his services! ‼️UPDATE‼️

Brian and Melissa were extraordinary. They were diligent, professional and reassuring throughout the divorce/custody process. I would highly recommend his office for any and all legal matters pertaining to divorce and child custody.

In 2012 Mr Dasinger was court appointed to me in a criminal case, I never once met with him,spoke to him, nothing until my court date. I wrote many letters, and my family made many calls to no response. The day of court, he had no idea who I was or anything about my case. All he had to say was the state is sending you to prison and to accept it cause that was my only option. I was young, scared, and had no idea what to do. He on the other hand, played on fb, laughed it up with the states attorney, and my victim. My first and only felony, poss of forged instrument, two checks for less than $50, got me 3 yrs. I got more help from the inmates sitting next to me that day than I got from him. He did NOTHING in my deffense. I do honestly believe the outcome would have been less severe if I had paid him cash, or if I had went with a diffrent lawyer. It has been many years and I do hope he has grown as a lawyer and person since then, but I would not recommend him.
