I highly recommend Brett. He knows the ins and outs and walked us through the whole process so we weren't as worried. He got my kid a lesser charge and we will be able to hide it so her future isn't ruined. He made us all feel very comfortable and we really appreciate him!

I was arrested this past January at halftime between Bama and Notre Dame for Felony Insurance fraud because I had been on disability for some time and did not report some jobs that i had held during this time and the insurance company wanted to charge me to the maximum that they could. I hired Brett to be my attorney and I was not disappointed one bit. He could have just taken the plea deals that was offered to him by the DA but he refused and went to bat for me. He went through the entire process with me because I had never been in trouble before so I was unaware of how the court system worked besides what I have seen on TV shows and helped me understand the next steps. Brett, made it so easy on me with my work schedule and job I'm almost always out of town but he made it to where I never had to be at court and everything was handled online or over the phone. He got my charged dropped from a Felony to PTI program which when its all said and done I still won't have a record. I will never have to use him again but I will highly recommend him to any friends or family that may find themselves in a bind. If you're in need of a criminal attorney you will not find a better one I guarantee.

Mr. Anderson is a great attorney! He really took time with me and my case. Every time I called his office I was able to speak with him right then or he returned my call the same day. I work out of town so it is really difficult for me to be in court when I’m in another state in which he also took care of that problem as well! So needless to say he really took a lot of stress off me durning this situation. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and I’m very grateful! I would hire him again without a second thought!
