Did not call this attorneys office two weeks ago , The attorney I fired that was supposed to be my attorney chose to not have his clients best interest at heart and could not be trusted legally as my attorney. from this law office called me.

To date, Ms.Berry has been caring, professional, and responds to my messages promptly. With everything that's happened to me. I don't know if I could be in better lawyership than her. I desperately wish you could give negative stars! Sadly I have to put a star on here to even post but she doesn't deserve even a dot!! This woman helped to steal my child from me all because she hates men! Either that or shes really good behind a closed door to make a judge not do his job and to rule the court room. If you are in need of an attorney or you have a case and you get this woman placed on your case in any fashion do anything and everything you can to get her out of the court room or you will absolutely and totally destroy your life. She CANNOT do her job and she'll be biased 2 seconds after she picks up any phone call!!!!

My 7 year is being abused. Had his father dead to rights. My mother cashed in her life insurance policy just to pay the attorney. Ms. Berry showed up 1 time for 2 mins said we wasn't going to win and encouraged dismissal. She said she would apply the 2500 to the custody case and said she believed I could win in custody. However she has has now took the money and will not gove us anything back towards another attorney. She hasn't responded on anything other than to tell us she is on vacation or getting married or in the hospital or hurt her toe. She has avoided us at all cost and court is January 5th and she has said she neve said anything about the modification. r. My x has caused me to lose my job as I have been dealing with the abuse and narrassitc personality for years.. everytime I get a job he calls and has be fired with his elaborate stories. We trusted her and she took our money and ran. I put my sons life and safety in her hands and he is constantly being hurt and punished because I won't go back to Jim. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Research your attorney eys.
