Although Ms. Norris was the first avail & seemingly intended to help me with an emergent child custody & divorce complaint, Her actions spoke differently than the initial consult. She would rather text than call. She would tell me something would be done one day and put it off another. The last final draft to be done had my name misspelled 4 times, only 4 letters needed to be added, yet she wanted to push it off to Monday, 5 days later. This would put filing 3 weeks later than the original conversation during consultation. I am in the hospitalwith cancer, my exhusband having the children, withholding them from me, in an unsafeenvironment. She knows all this, but after I insisted I would accept nothing but readiness on Monday to file. She immediately by text drops me as a client. She does not care, & is obviously why she has the availability,. Unprofessional in timely manner as promised. Asking for information i already sent her. Multiple errors on documents equal more drafts, equal more $ for her. Her office also refused to make copies of my docs and insisted I leave her all my original birth certificates, taxes, award letters, & evidence. Every communication i had to initiate, there was never! An appointment that she made on time. I would give half a star or none if I could.

Beth was truly a pleasure to deal with. I found her to be very knowledgeable and forthright with the law and her abilities to perform the task at hand. I felt like she was invested in my case and did everything possible to achieve the very best results for my family and I. I would gladly hire her again and would recommend her without any hesitation or reservations. GREAT JOB!!!

I had heard Kimberly was one of the best, and she exceeded all of my expectations. She answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I was most impressed that she showed to court to represent me right after having back surgery. I appreciate her professionalism and genuine concern throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her as she truly is the best!

I contacted Ms. Norris after being recommended by a local banker regarding by sister's failing memory concerning her ability to conduct her financial dealings. After DHR prompted me to move my sister to assisted living, Ms. Norris worked through the process of the Probate Court to make my sister safe and her finances secure. Highly recommended.

They are great and caring people. He's a great lawyer and he's wife is a lawyer too . I can say enough about them
