One of the first things that impressed me with John was he was very responsive he even answered himself when I called. Before I even hired him he was willing to talk explaining the process and walking me through everything. He’s rate was very reasonable. He came with good recommendations from family and friends. So far I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend him.

I have left messages on his cell phone, the office number and via text message. With no response. I have no idea where my case is at. I have asked several times for my case file with no response.
His voicemail has the current day and states he will return your call.
It’s been 7 months and I have not received a return call.
