Worst attorney that you could possibly hire. I am surprised she has never been reported to the bar. Does not respond to communication and does not listen to her clients. Will let the opposing attorney walk all over you. I am surprised that this woman can still practice law. Use extreme caution when left in a vulnerable position as she will let people walk all over you and take advantage of you. Do not let her drown you.

Will take your money and not respond or follow through with work. Has multiple accounts on yelp and google trying to hide their negative reviews.

Johnnie Franks is by far one of the worst attorney I've ever seen she will talk a big game bout how she will handle things but will do nothing wont answer calls or return emails i hired her for a criminal and custody case in 8 months she did one small thing i could have done on my own she waited to the morning of trial to even look at the motion of discovery and was going to allow a clearly edited video to be played in court and when I showed her were the video edited she told me to shut up and scared me into taking a bogus plea deal and that was the day she was fired as far as the custody part she would never respond or rebuttal any bogus motions are allegations filed against me and would make deals my exs attorney behind my back that would cause me to lose days with my boys and because of johnny I'm only seeing my boy 62 days a year this i I can't be certain if she's just lazy or incompetent but probably both but cause of this woman my kids are staying with a drug addict and her sex offender boyfriend Just to show how sorry and petty this woman is After firing her I asked for the text messages videos and other evidence I gave her to prove the mother unfit she refused to give at back and demanded another $2500 do not waste your time and money with dealing with her

Johnnie was dedicated to our cause and polite. She did the relavent research and filed all the right paperwork specific to our needs and made herself available at all hours to assist us with whatever situation arose! Couldnt have asked for a better legal representative!!! We highly recommend her!!

I hired Ms. Woodruff to represent me in getting sole custody of my son after a nasty divorce in MS that didnt go right. Good old boys club that hurt my son & I. Needless to say I didnt trust lawyers until Ms. Woodruff. She gave me more than reason to have faith. It took her 6 months to have sole custody of my son awarded to me & a perm restraining order to keep the WPOS ex away from both my son & I. Johnnie Franks has been a true life saver in a time when I felt like I was on a sinking ship!!!! I would not want to ever be in court again. However, I definitely know who I'm hiring if I ever go back! She was worth every penny!! She is such a beauty, but don't let her looks be deceiving!! SHE IS A BEAST!!! My ex hates the sight of me and my lawyer!! He got exactly what he deserved after the pain he caused our family!
