I had a real estate sales question (or three) and thought I knew the answers. His advice on each point was clear and he added as much explanation as I thought I needed to understand how to proceed the best way. He stuck to the subjects instead of padding the clock with stories. I liked that. He suggested several alternatives for me to choose from, and after that we had a plan in place. I retained him to represent me with the transaction. Good meeting.
