The firm has been so great handling my parents case. It was very easy to work with Andrew Duncan, Joanna, Brandi, and others involved on our case. They were patient and thoroughly explained everything to me and my parents. We had never been in an accident of this magnitude and it was suggested that we hire a lawyer. From day 1, they held our hands and guided us through a very confusing process. I know everything would have been immensely more stressful and confusing without them. They really made the process much easier than if my parents and I were to do this alone.
