I retained Mr. Wenzel & his law firm Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana for a personal injury matter. I soon requested documentation to show what work and maneuvers were made by the law firm. A few months prior to the statute of limitations, with no new information, this firm completely dropped the case without explanation. This law firm wasted critical time over so many months making it almost impossible to find a new law firm for the case so late in the game. I did not know when I hired them, but the law firm has a bad reputation of leaving clients with poor representation and poor client treatment. I reached out to the law firm with simple questions about their conduct and was ignored. My legal case was completely neglected by Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana.

Mr. Wenzel was attentive to my legal needs. He listened to my objectives and goals and clearly explained the law with respect to my case. I would highly recommend Mr. Wenzel for elder law and estate planning.

John Andrew Wenzel assisted me with my case. Although he showed interest when meeting with me, he seemed distracted throughout the expensive meeting. It didn't seem like he really listened to my needs. I would not recommend him.
