My advice is to not use clark Hall as a disability attorney. I hired Sonny S.as my disability attorney and waited 18 months for my hearing. Without telling me. they gave me Clark Hall instead one week before my hearing. He didn't do anything and I mean zero to prep me, and he hadn't even looked at the case. He knew nothing. Then day of hearing, he hadn't even read my Doctors letters before he took me in with the judge. HE just sat there. No opening statement, no help disputing the vocational witness, nothing. THE JUDGE TALKED TO ME LIKE A DOG. My attorney didn't even stand up for me. I was devastated when my lawyer didn't do anything to help me. After the hearing. I thought he would talk it over with me, he just left walked out and that was it . He is a horrible attorney for disability. I lost a good case. Update. I had to re-apply because Clark Hall lost my first case for me. I had 2 Doctors letters and everything else if he would have just tried a little bit to help me. But I reapplied with a different attorney and won the first time. But because of Clark Hall, I lost so much that I could have been getting in the first place He should be ashamed of himself. I about starved during the long wait for him not to even try.
