I would not recommend this attorney. He talk a good game but do not put it to work. Taking your money is all he’s good for. All these good reviews must have been paid to do so. Kyle kept telling me he was waiting for the judge to respond to him about my daughter’s early release. I got tired of the same excuse so I called the court and spoke with the circuit clerk myself! The kind lady told me she would speak with the judge and call me back with an answer. 5 minutes later she called back telling me the judge said yes she can be released. Now how is it that I got a response within 5 minutes and Kyle couldn’t for a whole 2 weeks? Last but not least hire this attorney at your own risk! Had to add to this due to the response my daughter signed a waiver for Kyle to speak with me. And again I called the court house. and like I said she said she would speak with judge and call me back hopefully with a yes that she can be released and she did just that told me judge said yes for her to be released. So no lies are being told here I’m literally being honest!

Attorney managed an extremely needy client and emotionally draining probate matter for over 5 plus years. Mr. Pierce was sensitive and proactive.

Not responsive, takes your retainer and then does not do the work or follow through. Before you pay this lawyer, make sure no one else can help you.
