I got a DUI while passing through Bessemer Al 10 hours after taking an Ambien which I'm prescribed to help me sleep the night before. I called Kyle Pierce and he agreed to handle this for me. He got my case dismissed and I'm so relieved since I'm a professional CDL driver and my career depends on me having a good driver history.

If you want to lose your case, hire him. He won't make any effort to win your case. Do not wast your time and your money.

This is the second time that I have used Kyle to represent me in this matter. The first time I wrote a review which was not a favorable one, after we discussed my case and at that time I was feeling a little better about the situation and he asked me to change the first review. I did, because I thought that he truly tried his best the first time. I used Kyle for a CRO hearing only because I knew that he was familiar with my situation and I did call around for other representation, but decided to go with Kyle anyway because he knew that case and I honestly felt that this time would be better. I do not feel like he fought for me knowing that my situation could end up causing me to be sanctioned. I feel like I did more research about what was going on than what he did, especially when he has more available resources than what I did. Now facing the possibility of added time to the CRO situation. He tried to tell me that he provided sound arguments to the case and that he did his best, but ultimately his best was not good enough. He also said that I should not basically dwell on what has already happened and that I should focus more on just finishing out my CRO. That's is a VERY hard pill to swallow because I am facing added time on something that I would have been finished with in two months. My advise would be to anyone that needs an attorney for anything please do not trust in Kyle. If he honestly feels like he fought for me and he did his absolute best. I would hate to actually see what his best is and I fear for his clients now and for future clients to come. Lesson learned from now on I will not use any of these local attorneys, there maybe some good ones out there but Kyle Pierce is not one.

I hired Kyle in Nov 2019 to help update child support for my child of the major (20yrs of age at the time), to remove my name from the home that I gave my ex-wife via quick claim deed (6yrs after the divorce and she had been remarried for 3 hrs at the time) and to address a custody agreement that was being ignored. All of my complaints were of the highest concern for myself and family. Kyle talked a big game and made big promises in our first of only 2 face to face meetings over a 2yr timeframe. Of course he required an upfront in full retainer fee without a written timeline agreement. !!!! !!(Mistake on my part)!! As the months roll by and the numerous emails/calls etc go by I seriously questioned my decision to hire him for such an important matter. Based on Kyle’s promises my case should have been a priority and pretty straight forward. It was far from it… The case was drug out 5 times over a year and with little to zero momentum on Kyle’s behalf. Kyle would only answer my emails after several attempts. I would always have to email or call him to see if we were having our hearing as scheduled or if it had been continued. He never took initiative EVER…. Kyle resolved NOTHING over the 2 years that he was hired and turned out to be a huge waste of time, money and emotions… This November of 21 will make 3 yrs with no resolution or hearing. I have now have a new attorney; she scheduled our hearing to happen within month as a priority. Good luck and never settle for less!!! If you care about your case please take my advise as a warning and as a lesson learned….

I made an appointment with Attorney Kyle Pierce, Gadsden, Al. He was very kind but realist with me & my daughter about the possibility of win or losing our case. I hired him and I think I made a great decision.

Kyle was always very thorough and responsive. He worked hard to help me understand the intricacies of my case so we could make the best decisions. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal help!
