Took forever to schedule a closing for home. Cost me more in rent and storage than should have.

My experience with Attorney Jeff Cotney and his staff has been beyond excellent. I was referred to his office by the nursing home where my mom was placed several years ago (2013). Mr. Cotney expertly paved my way through the Medicaid process helping me know everything I needed to have with my mom's Medicaid application up front. This eased the process and the claim was processed to an approval in less than a month. There was no doubt who I would seek advice from when my dad entered the nursing and subsequently passed away. Mr.Cotney helped us with any questions we had in working with elder care issues for my parents and handling their estate expertly and with genuine care and concern. I can't imagine using anyone else.
