It is very hard these days to find someone who not only gets to know your personal situation , but also shows the compassion behind it as if it was their own. She is very straight forward and let's you know what you can expect at that moment, be it negative or positive. She puts in lengthy hours and also responds quickly to e-mails or phone calls.
