I stated in previous review that I would be back with an update.. so here ya go! My motto so far in this journey is STICK WITH SHANE..you pay for what you get people ( in my experience this far). If you want someone who will listen and read all of your emails but then AND THIS IS THE KEY : Retain your information and comprehend it. Shane takes action, gives advice ( even the hard kind that I would normally only listen to if was from my mom R.I.P) for that I do appreciate. In addition, the fact there's no b.s. (in my opinion there is too much b.s. in the world) and quite frankly Alot of talk but no action. Its been refreshing to encounter, so do your research as always. In conclusion My review stays the same Hats off to Shane and Dennis 👏🙌

I’ve been working with Shane Smith to finalize my divorce for almost a year now. He has been very supportive of my daughter and myself while trying to separate and divorce my future exhusband. It has been a long and exhausting experience, but Shane and Dennis have both helped me to fight for what was most important to me- my child. At the onset of deciding to divorce, I met with Shane and he discussed with me what I was about to do and questioned if I still loved my husband. I told him what I was experiencing from my husband was not love. He said, but do you love him? He recommended me set up a counseling session and ask me to get my husband to meet me if he wanted it to work. Though this was great advice, I did not take it as I felt like I’d already exhausted everything I could and had made up my mind. I hired Shane because he had a double psychology degree along with his law degree. This was important to me because of who I was divorcing and my own insecurities of someone not believing what’d suffered for years. I was divorcing someone in law enforment (enough said there). Shane and Dennis put my daughter’s and my best interest first always and guided me through all decisions that had to be made. I wouldn’t wish divorce on anyone nor did I ever want a divorce. Shane’s expertise and calm nature helped to make this experience more tolerable than some of my peers experienced when going through a divorce. Though Shane’s office is in another town than mine, he was very accessible to reach and return calls- even on a Saturday. I would recommend Shane T. Smith for anyone choosing to divorce their spouse.
