Mr. Merrell was very helpful in advising me as what I should do when it comes to my neighbor that is a bipolar psycho witch. She thinks I have no right to come outside and enjoy sitting around our firepit at night. She harasses us to no end, calling us names and threatening to slap me up side of the head, which she did hit me with a child's toy truck,cutting my hand ,drawing blood. She is mean and crazy and showed she will hurt me.
