Very unprofessional. We came in for the 30 minute consultation and it seemed like he didn’t want to help us right away. He was just wasting time reading off and writing the same thing his secretary already had written and asked us. We asked about the process and he said it was “too much for us to understand”. He didn’t even want to give us a quote of how much it would be he just said too much about 20,000. Even after how rude he was being and didn’t want to help still said it would be $250 and it was not even 30 minutes it was less. Seemed like he was just in a rush to get us to leave as well as the other people. HORRIBLE. Response: LIKE I SAID clearly he didn’t take time to hear us out and was rushing us out because I didn’t go with my parents it was me and my husband THANK YOU.

The kingdom of heaven has come near to you. One star review is deserved for the poor customer service I got today from the phone by a woman, that works at that office. She continued to interrupt me, and that made it extremely difficult for me to communicate effectively with her. I explained that clearly to her, but she was unable and unwilling to confront that and make a change, towards patience and kindness. She blew up at me and got really upset, and blamed me for her own faults, rather than taking responsibility, and being professional. I rebuke you. Repent. I say that because you mentioned that I "went off" as in became rude or difficult. If she said that about me, that would be untrue or a lie. She is either mistaking herself from going off towards me, as it to be my fault from her doing that, or she is deflecting knowingly, and projecting her lack of composure on me, so to not have to take responsibility in front of others for her very poor and rude customer service skills. Either way I did not do anything wrong, I was aiming for fair and respectful communication. I was frustrated to know that I might not end up talking to a lawyer or get help from y'all, because of the expense, but I was not taking those frustrations out on anyone, I was still aiming to see what my options were, all of this was new to me, I was asking a lot of questions because I was genuinely interested in knowing and finding someone who could help me, so I was aiming to get to that. It still would not be justified to go off on someone just because they might be frustrated or have a lot of questions, any law firm should expect their clients to be possibly frustrated with a lot of questions, because of the nature of the business. Correct, I did not want to tell her what the matter was regarding, I wanted to wait to speak to a lawyer about it, one who would be more in the know to help me with it. Many potential clients may want the same, I would recommend honoring ones wishes on that, to dishonor one for that, would be to lose a potential clients, and it's a good way to also get a one star review. You said, "That didn’t go well with you either". That doesn't sound good. That sounds like you think you know the truth, just because you spoke to one who spoke to me. It sounds like you are trying to make it out like I'm the bad guy, I rebuke you for that, repent. Just because something might not have gone well for me, in the sight of me complaining about the customer service, doesn't mean that I was out of line, and the other wasn't. You can't correctly justify based on that. The price was too expensive for what I was trying to to do. I have the right to determine what I will spend for what. I have the right to ask if there's any discounts, or ways of talking to a lawyer for free. Just because something didn't suit me well, doesn't mean that you can justify that I was the rude one, out of line, that went off, I did not, nor was I. You are either ill informed or taking part in the lie. You have an opportunity through this reply to make it different, or changed for better, by listening, and welcoming an apology. As it seems to be a habit for people in society, businesses, and other organizations, to unfairly mistreat Jesus Christ, and all who come from Him, so too, will I also, and have been, making it a habit to shine back and shed light on all who are doing so. Anyone who doesn't care, doesn't pay attention, and continually harbors upsetness, is of the darkness, and there are way too many. I have the right to speak up against all of these places. I have the right to say that all of these are serious matters, and not a joke. And I have the right to change my review if I feel a genuine apology is made. Best immigration lawyer in Alabama!

Secretary is very rude, I called to get information and she left certain things out, and got a very nasty attitude with me when I didn’t have what was needed and then told me I could get a different lawyer when I was recommended to this one for DACA by family friends. I didn’t think people that are foreign just like me that would know the struggles in America can be so rude when there are serious things that need to be handled.
