We were new to Alabama and after settling in our new home, we needed to get our Wills shifted to Alabama. We contacted Hodges Trail Lawyers (HTL) at their office in Athens and were assigned Dan Dwyer to help us through the Will Process. Dan contacted us within a day and met with us the same week. He outlined the requirements and led us through the process resulting in the best outcome and protection for my wife and I. By the next week we were signing our new Wills and Dan filed the Wills for us, as required by the State. Being in the Military for almost 30 years (retired now), we were located in several States and this was the smoothest Will process we encountered. We attribute this to HTL and Dan Dwyer. We were very pleased with the service and the outcome and will certainly use HTL and Dan if the need arises in the future.
