I am very pleased with how Morris Lilienthal and Sara Barnes handled my personal injury case. On 5/19/19 My was fatally injured in a car crash involving a drunk driver. Morris Lielienthol reached out to me offering his condolences to me and my family and offered to assist me if I ever needed him. Several days later I contacted him at Martinson and Beason Attorney's and discussed my situation he offered to come out to my home to talk to me due to me feeling so broken it was good for me at the time to remain in the comfort of my home with my family. We were given advice on establishing a case where there was no one that was insured but because my son was insured on every vehicle at our residence and he showed us how to get a claim processed utilizing our car insurance. We were able to settle with our insurances due to Morris's knowledge on how to use your own personal insurance to recover from a claim.It was a favorable amount that was recovered and I want to thank Morrisand his team for their professionalism and courteous at our hour of despair. We were provided weekly updates on our case and specific timeline's when available on when our case would be ready to settle. Morris could identify with me losing my youngest son and the pain I was feeling because he too has lost a child and he offered advice on how to celebrate my son's life this was comforting to me and I will always be grateful for that. Morris and I were not strangers because he handled another case for me back in 2015 where I received a favorable settlement and again the professionalism of Morris and his team shined through and I am just so blessed.
