Robin Wolfe- First time ever needing criminal defense services and I than God above he led us to Robin & her team. Open dialogue, commitment to getting facts not opinions. You were always notified by Kristal, her assistant, of progress, along with all updates. Her investigator(s), I will not specify who he(she) is gets evidence needed. I had a positive experience as far as professionalism and communication were concerned. My only complaint is that when I had my original consultation and asked about the costs it seemed as if I wouldn't be spending quite as much as I did. I understand that those figures can't be predicted exactly but I did feel a bit suprised when the fees started piling up. Aside from feeling a little misled by the person I originally consulted with, I felt listened to, heard and cared for by the law team.

My overall experience was AMAZING! everything was professional, and everyone was professional. I did not have one issue with anything. Communication was on point. Good firm, Returns phone calls promptly and provide straight forward truths on what they can and cannot do.. Very user friendly.. Keep appointments and are always on time..Since i lost the case and had to pay more than i think i should have, I felt they didn't fight hard enough for me.. But I was told up front that it was a long shot and there was not much could be done... I would recommend them because they were honest and up front...

The team at Foxtrot was extremely easy to work with. They were seemingly available whenever I needed them or had questions. I never had to wait very long to get answers. The lawyers and the staff seemed to care about me as a person and I felt represented well. This was my first experience with legal issues and they were patient and very thorough in helping me understand everything happening and how to proceed through difficult issues in a dark time in my life. I highly recommend them.
