Kind, courteous, and personable. We chose Tyler mainly because he didn't strike us as a greedy con-man like most injury attorneys. All of our correspondence was done with Tyler personally and I think that speaks volumes. Since our accident we haven't worried about making any doctors appointments, medical bills, or anything else; all we focused on was getting well and I believe that is a major factor in recovery. The worry and stress of those things were taken care of by Tyler and his team and when it was all said and done we felt like we really mattered. Although the insurance company of the at-fault driver was only liable for a set amount of money, Mr. Mann still made sure that we were compensated enough to matter. I would recommend this council to anyone, anytime. Great people to have on your side!

My husband is a busy professional who values his time. Each time with the McCarthas, is time well spent. Why? We have dealt with lawyers and CPAs ( separately) on several occasions in the past.It was really good to have both an attorney and a CPA in the same room addressing your concerns and questions as ordinary individuals. For me, the biggest thing Mr McCartha does well that I have not seen his other peers do is he LOVES to teach his clients using his white board and colored markers. I mean this really guy loves his job and teaching. He is very humble, patient and very ethical. I would recommend them in a heartbeat if only for the personalised teaching sessions. My husband even requested another meeting just to be reeducated on estate planning 2 years later because he enjoyed his first meeting with the McCartha's.
