I came to them as a reference from a coworker and it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. Clay and his team are incredible at what they do and I would recommend NOBODY else if you are in need of these services. I was treated kindly and with care at every step of my four year process, with weekly and monthly updates. Very professional, very intelligent, and better than any TV ad you see. Don't go anywhere else!

I was referred to Tara Helms by a friend after I had been dealing with an attorney for 10 years on a wrongful death case. From the first time talking to her, she was compassionate and eager to help me get my case resolved. She did in just a few short months something the prior attorney could not or would not do in 10 years. She always stayed in contact with me through emails and phone calls. She always responded very quickly. I highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a caring and compassionate attorney.

It is never easy to go through an accident but Tara Helms and her firm made this so easy on me. Clay and his staff were extremely nice and helpful! Clay was available to answer questions all the time and always returned messages quickly. He was able to negotiate a generous settlement with Workers Compensation and made the whole process easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing assistance.

My family and I are very thankful we had Clay Martin as our representative, even though this was a very long procedure clay was there every step of the way. Always getting back with me in a timely manner when I had questions or concerns , due to my injury clay made sure we received everything that I was entitled too.
I am very happy of the results from my injury.
I would recommend anyone who doesn’t really know what to do in there situation to atleast give him a call!

Tara Helms made the unfortunate process following being in an automobile accident smooth and easy. She handled everything—including organizing medical records, handling insurance adjusters, getting all outstanding accounts taken care of—so all I had to do was heal and carry on life as normal.
