I, unfortunately, have been hit by motorists three times here in Huntsville. Tara Helms of Martin & Helms has handled my cases for me, and I can't imagine letting any other firm do so. This firm works so hard to make sure their clients are taken care of that I often wonder if they ever have a life of their own. They know the law really well, and they do everything within the power of the law to see that clients are treated fairly and with respect. And they've always gotten me the best closure in terms of payout that they could possibly get for me. If you need a good firm to handle an injury case, or any other type of cases they do, this is the first firm to call, IMO.

Just from a seller standpoint have your funds wired do not let them deposit the check for you as it is not a priority for them. Closed Friday supposed to be deposited was told they did not make it to the bank. Asked my realtor to check after lunch on Monday and still was not deposited. My realtor had to take time out of his day to get the check and deposit it.

Martin & Helms is the law office you need! If you want to work with a lawyer and not ten different legal assistants who never answer or return your calls, use Martin & Helms. Working with Clay Martin was like having a good friend who happened to be a lawyer. He was very friendly, always answered my emails and calls. In the end, we recieved a settlement much larger than I could have ever hoped for.
