I highly recommend Amber James and everyone that works at New Beginnings Family Law Firm. Everyone is so supportive and very involved with their clients. I recently had a custody case and Amber James is by far the best attorney around for any family matters. While we waited on the judge and the Attorney’s to talk, Amber talked with my husband and I about life. I know she was trying to keep my nerves away and she did that. She went way far and beyond for my family. I’m forever greatful for her and all the staff. Krissy, my paralegal was amazing! I can’t tell you just how much I adore this firm. Thank you all so much! I chose New Beginnings Family Law after reading Amber Yerkey James's profile on Avvo, and her goals for her legal practice. Ruby Panter was the lawyer who chose to represent me, and I cannot express how fantastic a person she is and how incredible a job she did. The entire law firm exceeded my expectations in every way. Every single person I interacted with cared about my case and my child. They worked with me on payments when my finances took a turn for the worse, they advised me on ways I could help my daughter when her mental health took a turn for the worse, and they went above and beyond during our year and a half legal battle. If you need an honest, reliable, and compassionate law firm that will fight for you as though it was their own child on the line, you absolutely must seek the services of New Beginnings Family Law.

I went to New Beginings Family Law for a custody modification. It was a long and difficult journey. The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to listen and answer my questions. They worked tirelessly on my case to achieve the best possible outcome. Even sending emails on the day of my trial to offer prayers and well wishes. It truly showed the level of compassion and commitment from the staff. My attorney was Amber James. She is one of the most sincere attorneys I have ever met. She never failed to let me know what to expect always keeping me well informed. I actually had two different trials with this same case. During the first trial she was able to secure a visitation schedule I didn’t know existed. The second trial she was able to secure 50-50 Custody of my daughter. I was most impressed with the straight forward honest approach she provided. I pray I never have to go through court again.
