We truly believed our experience for our stepparent adoption would be a rather great one, it seemed that way at first. Bridgette could use a little more of a professional mannerism. Having to deal with her has been less than pleasant and seems like management doesn't care to change that. Our case was a rather simple one, we were charged for petty things, like a phone call for them to fix something Alacourt had messed up in the system, $200 for 10 minute phone calls, etc.
