One of my close family members had a legal issue to deal with. I gave John Brinkley a call and set up a time to meet with him and ask questions about the situation. John seemed to maybe have one of them days where a late lunch was in order. He invited us in while he ate his late lunch. This made me feel less anxious about the situation at hand. John answered are questions about the matter at hand with our situation and explained multiple outcomes. He stated you can retain me to represent you in this matter, but he didn't think it would be necessary to spend the money for the problem we had on hand (It was a smaller problem than most). John advised us to go to the first court date and discuss with the DA what the consequences would be and if we could live with the consequences...so be it. If we couldn't live with the consequences than at that time we could retain him for representation. Outcome; We did what John suggested us to do. It worked out where my family member had a small hoop to jump through and twenty hours of community service and the DA would dismiss the case. And that was the final outcome of our situation. John's actions in our situation showed me not only what kind of attorney he is...it showed me what kind of man he is. I was humbled by his actions and very appreciative. I will recommend John to anybody I come in contact with that needs legal representation.
