When I came to Melissa Miller looking for a divorce I was stressed and worried about the entire thing but she and Alicia took excellent care of me. They worked with me, answered my questions, and took my stress level down to 0. They made it as easy and smooth of a process as possible. And I am now happily divorced! Your funds will flow quick and little will be accomplished to make you feel it was worth the expense. I sent a run down of dates etc., to help make the case and they charged me to take my email read it and then didn't use the information in court??? I was more prepared for Senior Seminar in my undergraduate degree than she was for our court date. I feel better going to court on my own, I just have less money in my pocket doing so. I'm glad to see below that nothing on your lack of being prepared. Simple questions let go and no push back with everything already laid out in front of you that you billed me to have. You are 100% an amazing biller. No that service I was provided doesn't make me want to pay any other invoices from you. Let's not act like you haven't been paid and what is there to show for any of it? What advice did you give that helped the situation?

Ms. Miller is pleasant to work with, attentive, and does her homework to prepare for her cases. She worked hard to understand my needs and those of my family and helped to obtain a good settlement. Great lady to talk to. Took the time over the 1st phone call to answer my questions. Didn't hurry me or cut me off. Seems liked she really cared about me and my problems. Needless to say I'm hiring her after our consultation. She really made me feel like she wanted to work for me and that means alot.

Very very disappointed in every aspect of our service from this firm. We chose the firm as we needed a "specialized child custody" attorney. We were told on consult that "For Sure" we had a legitimate case and was even given examples from Melissa that she stated "the judges definetly consider" in our case....She was WRONG!!! On the day of our court she was 1 hr 39 minutes late with no phone call to anyone as to why. She came unprepared with 0 evidence to speak on our behalf in front of the judge. On 2 different submissions our emails were unanswered. Needless to say we spent 2500.00 and got nothing. She kept every penny of our money, that was paid IN FULL the day after consult. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. Melissa told us to our face that she realized she had fallen short and let us down. This was a very serious life changing matter for us. We believe that with a caring attorney that knew the child custody laws we would have had a different outcome.
