I had never gotten divorced or been around anyone who was getting divorced enough to have a clue about where to start. Mr. Howie guided me through every step. He was patient as I started divorce proceedings then ended them a couple of times before I finally decided to go through with it for good. He gave me good advice about deciding which parts of proposed agreements to accept and which to reject, and helped me think through how to evaluate the financial aspects of changes in alimony and retirement accounts. Mr. Howie is extremely knowledgeable and amazingly professional. Throughout a prolonged battle with my ex wife, he consistently advised me well and coached me through the tough times.
