I don't like spending money on legal fees... I just don't. But the value I received from Rebekah and her team was outstanding - it was money well spent. Rebekah was referred by several trusted friends and my brother's law firm (they don't handle family matters). She surpassed the high bar they all set. My case involved her digging into a four year old divorce decree to defend a contempt motion -my fears that it was going to be an expensive case to defend were quickly eased as she and her team managed the case steadily toward what turned out to be a very satisfying mediation session and joint motion. Had we needed to take the case to court ... and stand up in front of a judge... gulp... I would have been confident - she had smartly placed me in a position I felt comfortable defending. I could tell from the outset my representation was leagues above the opposing side and my bill ended up being a third of theirs - no doubt, a result of her straightforward no -drama approach. Her support staff is top-notch and did an excellent job of keeping me informed and guiding me through the steps I could take to help them help me. I highly recommend you let her help you.

I used Rebekah for my divorce in 2012 as well as afterwards. I was impressed immediately with her knowledge and information she had. It was very easy to talk with her and she explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. All my emails were replied to immediately and with very concise answers to my questions. Rebekah's firm came highly recommended. I wanted to secure THE best firm before my spouse had the opportunity. I did not live in the Huntsville area so I had to rely on recommendations from attorneys outside of the area. Rebekah was specifically named as the attorney I needed to handle the particular circumstances of my divorce. It has been a couple of years since my divorce was final but I vividly remember how she handled my deposition. She was tactful and steadfast during discovery. In fact she was so prepared going into the discovery there was little left to discover. After several hours the opposing attorney recognized he was out-matched. She handled this gracefully and met with him privately to save him embarrassment (if we went to court), my spouse further exposure and me attorney fees and court cost. And she secured me a GENEROUS settlement! Rebekah is compassionate and tactful, but she is no pushover. Looking back on this I believe she helped me navigate through the worst experience I could ever have imagined with dignity.
