I had the pleasure of having Mr. Brinkley work on my case and he was great! He really invested a lot of time and effort into making sure my case reached its maximum potential. He is a man of his word and I think he is one of the best lawyers in town. I recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Brinkley is the estate attorney for my Dad's estate, representing Kathey Hill Hamer. Kathey Hill Hamer has been estranged from the family for years, she made herself my Dad's representative after not even answering the phone for him for 3 years. She has repeatedly told people to contact me because I could do anything with the estate that she could., that Mr. Brinkley was the estate attorney and represented all 3 of us girls. When I called Allen Brinkley to speak with him about this he was rude and raise his voice and cussed badly to me. I don't know why anyone would ever use someone like him for an attorney. He may have been having a bad day but that is no excuse for such tone and cussing!!!!! The estate is still open and if he contacts me and speaks to me like that again I will file a complaint with the firm board or whomever.

I highly recommend John the entire staff at his firm. We had an unfortunate circumstance in which John dealt with to the highest degree of professionalism. He is timely, friendly, and thorough in everything he does. I have and will continue to recommend him.

You will not find a better lawyer than Jonathan Lusk or his staff. Often, you hear about law firms or lawyers that are all about making money and don’t care about their clients. Mr. Lusk truly cares about his clients!!! He listens and he takes your case as if it was his only case and you were his only client. He is a man of true character and honesty. I would recommend him over any other lawyer in the State of Alabama!!!
