I contact Segal & Segal to see if the real estate issues I was dealing with could be resolved legally after not being able to resolve it any other way. I first met with a “Real Estate” attorney in Florence that couldn’t even listen to my issues and quickly told me I didn’t have anything to pursue. I just needed to let it go. The way he talked to me was not very professional and I didn’t feel like he really knew what he was talking about. I looked for another attorney that really specialized in Real Estate law and I found Segal & Segal and they had a 5 star review score — with a lot of reviews. So I contacted them and set up an initial conference with John and we discussed the issue. He was very nice and reviewed the information I sent to him in advance and was ready to discuss the issues. He told me that he would need to do some research and told to a couple of colleagues before committing to anything. He didn’t want to take my money if he wasn’t very confident that he could help us. He gave me good advice and reached out to some of his colleagues with expertise in the specific areas that my issues involved. Then he helped me find the right attorneys to be able to help me. I would highly recommend Segal & Segal attorneys to anyone that thinks they might have an issue that needs legal attention to be resolved. They are honest, forthright, and want to do the right thing — even if it means they will lose money. They are very ethical professional!
