So thankful I was able to get in contact with this firm. Segal has been the only person I’ve spoken to about my case and although he is unable to take on my case he has called me to check on me and give me recommendations. Multiple phone calls some more then 15 minutes long through the day just to give me some type of knowledge and direction as a mother who’s at risk of losing everything. Zach Anderson has done a terrific job helping us prepare wills and trusts, He makes sure that each step of the legal process is fully understood, using a whiteboard to illustrate how things will work. He took the time to fully understand exactly what we needed and what we wanted, and then guided us through the process of getting that done, patiently answering questions and correcting any misconceptions along the way. He does not "boilerplate" the documents... our wills and trusts fully describe exactly what our individual wishes were... he treated us as individuals, tailoring everything to who we are and what we needed. Our wills and trusts contain the actual names of our children and grandchildren... they are not lumped into words like "descendants". There are specific directions spelled out for trustees. We had several meetings, making sure that every question was fully answered, and that the finished products are what we wanted and needed. Zach took the time to get things right. Our Living Wills are highly personalized, and several important misconceptions that we had about that process were corrected. We could not be more pleased! Zach has led us to the completion of very important documents, and we are no longer worried about what will happen when we are gone. We have taken care of different needs for each of the children and grandchildren, and that's a great feeling. We strongly recommend Zach!
