I am so pleased with the choice I made to call Mr. Jensen. I have been dealing with some legal issues for a long time and this week they came to a head. I called Richard Jensen after researching on line, left a message, and within 3 hours Mr. Jensen returned my call himself. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I was so nervous and have been so worried about my charges, I was about sick. Thank God I chose to call Mr. Jensen!! Within the first five minutes I already knew he was the right lawyer for me. He was so easy to talk to. I already feel awful about the mess I've got myself in, but he didn't make me feel any worse or stupid. He gave me 30 minutes of his time, in which he answered questions I have had for a long time. (A lot of times the "not knowing" the answer to questions will make you crazy.) Explained some things I had no idea about, and even made a phone call to find out some information with me right in the office. After we left he called me at home about one last thing. When I left his office, me and my husband were blown away. I am so ready to do everything we discussed so I can get my legal nightmare taken care of. If anyone is looking for a criminal lawyer please save yourself alot of time and alot of worry and hurry and call Richard Jensen. Like many people one bad decision changed my life. Being terribly afraid, I had a consult with Mr. Jensen and he calmed me and my nerves. He assured me that I was going to be fine and that he was there to help. Within the first 2 minutes of speaking to him, I knew and felt that he cared not only about me as a client but just as a person who has made a MISTAKE and is more that regretful about it. A few times I emailed and called because I allowed my nerves to get the best of me and once again and like always, he was there to let me know that its a process and that it would be okay. HE WAS RIGHT of course!! The one thing that I was told was that I needed to forgive myself and that it would make it easier on me because I kept going into worry mode. I am working on forgiving myself and like anything its a process like Mr. Jensen said it would be. I can never thank him enough on being a wonderful attorney as well as listener. I was arrested for 2nd degree marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Jensen was able to get the possession charge dropped and I just paid a $100 fine for the possession charge. I had to pay court cost also of course.

Though I was probably a tad annoying at times, he remained extremely patient with me. Very professional, makes you feel comfortable and not like you're "just paying someone", as he's always there to talk and explain things.. sometimes it's hard to get him right off the bat because he's usually in court or with other clients - still gets in touch with you regardless though. I was concerned that I wouldn't get a fair outcome, but Mr. Jensen contacted me with great news.. now I can move on with life! Finally. It's been an emotionally exhausting year, but when he tells you "not to worry or panic unless he tells you to", he means it 110%. I would absolutely positively recommend him to anyone, in any situation, dealing with anything.. he's the best! You will not be disappointed.

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Jensen! I consulted several lawyers before him, and after talking to Mr. Jensen on the phone, I knew he had to be my lawyer. He is so knowledgeable and experienced, with such great "instinct", that it only took him 10 minutes to effectively get the picture, both big an small, understand the complications and implications of my case, and pull out two questions that, not only none of the other lawyers had asked, but that clearly told me Mr. Jensen would get me out of that situation. Another 30 minutes at his office to discuss the circumstances of the case, and that was all he needed to obtain the dismissal of the case for me.
