Bruce Gardner just showed up as a trial lawyer for his client intentionally ineffective to secure a conviction for the government !! Never discussed or prepared a defense for his client and representation insufficient compared to competent representation of a BarCard attorney .

Guess it was too easy for your client to kill a cop because it’s easy to do in Alabama, but you weren’t concerned about that were you?

Did literally nothing except tell me to have faith in him so I wouldn't fire him Then he quit when it was time for trial

Calls and/or emails were not answered. Gave incorrect information as far as being able to move out of state on a bond, which caused trouble with the court. After this lawyer withdrew his services. I paid a lot of money up front for services he did not provide and have asked for my unused portion of money back and have not received it.

From the day I called Bruce for my fiance he has been wonderful. After the email it took him less than 24 hours to respond. Due to the snow days and everything being closed it took an extra day for him to gather the necessary information. He told me what time he would call and did exactly that. Actually called earlier. When I arrived at his office Ms. Monna had all paperwork printed and ready for review. He already had knowledge of the case and a strategy. I would recommend Bruce to anyone who wants someone who will listen and not give them the rum around. Thank you Bruce for responding in a timely manner and for breaking law terms down to me....

1. Failed to inform what he is doing in the case. 2. Likes to be in the media, and as such he hurt my reputation instead of helping me as a client! 3. Is very much influenced by the prosecuting attorney! 4. His witness selection for my case was poor. 5. He does not have empathy towards his clients.
