Failures across the board. Had to seek new representation because of their inability to do their job.
Charged me for apologizing for not making scheduled meetings. Charged me for file reviews that clearly weren't reviewed.
Told me to give my ex (charged for felony child abuse and neglect) what she wanted...new representation won the case hands down.
Owner refused to discuss my issues before I left, and after. Joni (paralegal) was great. Rest are awful. Go somewhere else
